Garmin Foreunner 165 In-Depth Review

20 February 2024

Garmin has just launched their newest running watch, the Forerunner 165. This watch attempts to thread the needle on taking the bulk of the features from the Forerunner 265, and bringing them down to a lower price point of $249, versus $349 of the Forerunner 265. All while of notably including an AMOLED display, likely marking the end of MIP-based Forerunners, at least for anything above the $200 price point.

Now, I’ve got the full video review already loaded up on YouTube, covering all the segments you know and love. Meanwhile, I’m finishing up the written review over the next few hours. It’ll automatically replace this placeholder post with the usual sections you see here in normal in-depth reviews.
